TECHNICAL AND LEGAL NOTICE FOR CHASSIS AND SUSPENSION COMPONENTS

Components manufactured by us for the vehicle chassis and suspension system, such as engine mounts, control-arm and rear-axle bushes, tubular control arms and other technical parts, are designed and manufactured exclusively for sporting, competition and track use.

These components are not approved for road use and are not intended for everyday use on vehicles driven on public roads.

Installing these products may provide a significant improvement in performance, driving precision, rigidity and the dynamic behaviour of the vehicle, but may also result in increased vibration, noise and overall stiffness, as well as reduced comfort compared with original components.

These items are developed with the aim of improving performance and reducing lap times in racing applications and are therefore not designed to prioritise comfort in everyday use.

LEGAL NOTICE:

By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges that the products indicated are intended exclusively for sporting/competition use in private areas, circuits or competitions and are not authorised for use on public roads, except where specific approval is expressly stated.

Improper use of the components, including use on public roads without the required approval, is entirely the responsibility of the buyer and/or end user.

RLTechDesign accepts no liability for direct or indirect damage to persons, vehicles or property resulting from incorrect installation, improper use, unauthorised road use, tampering, unauthorised modifications or failure to maintain the components.

Installation must be carried out exclusively by qualified and competent personnel, with correct installation, tightening and periodic inspection of the components verified.

By purchasing, the customer declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted this technical and legal notice.
