RLTechDesign Return and Refund Policy

1. Conditions for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns in the following circumstances:

• The item received does not match the description provided.
• The item arrived damaged or broken.

2. Return Procedure
If the item does not match the description or arrived damaged, you must contact our customer service within 14 days from the date the order was received. We will assess the case and, if confirmed, issue a refund or replace the item.

3. Returns for Other Reasons
If the customer is not satisfied with the item for personal reasons, it may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the item is returned in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs, including both outbound and return shipping, are borne by the buyer, except in the event of an error on our part (item not as described or damaged).

5. Refund
Once the returned item has been received and compliance with the conditions above has been verified, RLTechDesign will issue the refund. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Return and Refund Time Limits
The return must take place no later than 14 days from the date the order was received. Returns made after the 14-day period will not be accepted.
