The side mounts are CNC-machined from solid 6082 T6 aluminium. The connecting tube is made from steel for high mechanical strength and durability, then powder-coated in matt black. The chassis mounting pieces are made from C40 steel.

If the carbon-fibre version is selected, the tube is manufactured in an autoclave and clear-coated to protect the weave.

What does it do?

• Increased torsional rigidity: connects the rear body mounting points and helps reduce chassis flex.
• More consistent handling: reduced body flex under load can improve steering response and tyre contact.
• Reduced body movement: contributes to a more stable feel in corners.
• More direct feedback: a stiffer rear structure can provide a more precise driving feel.
